Summer of 2005, crab fishing for dinner when we discovered there was more crab than any person could eat! We began just selling whole crabs. It was later when we saw crab shells stuffed with crab meat on the grocery store shelves that we decided to give it a try. It wasn't long before our crab shells were flying out the door. Because the crab shells were selling out so quickly, we wouldn't have a business if we had nothing to sell. When preparing to open for business last season, the thought of selling egg rolls (spring rolls) came to mind. So beginning last year, our customers were able to have the taste of it's own country and enjoy foods from other cultures as well. Now, ten years later, I guess you could say that we have improved our methods and perfected each recipe to the likings of our customers!
